Service
Raintree Irrigation & Outdoor Systems have
served their clients in Ontario’s Golden Horseshoe since 1987. We
provide services for: Residential
Properties, Commercial Properties, Apartment and Condominium
Corporations, Municipalities, Sports Fields, Rooftop Gardens, and
Balcony Gardens.
Our personnel are experienced and knowledgeable; they receive ongoing
training through professional organizations, manufacturers,
distributors, and in house. Several have their CIT
Certification.
Raintree has a fleet of vehicles equipped with the latest equipment to
diagnose electrical and control wire problems.
Our vehicles are fully stocked to service most irrigation problems from
adjusting and/or replacing heads and valves or repairing cut pipes to
adding drip line for planters or adding additional zones.
We offer Basic Maintenance
Contracts for:
Residential Homes, Commercial Buildings, Condominiums and Shopping
Malls. Contracts include the Spring Opening and Fall Closing of
systems. The Basic Contract can be supplemented with additional
Preventative Maintenance visits, these are especially valuable in
situations where there is no onsite monitoring of the system. In
addition customers on contract receive guaranteed service 1 to 2 days
after a request.
Another of our specialties is the re-design and repair of lawn
sprinkler systems that have aged, where landscaping changes have
reduced their efficiency or systems that were not installed correctly
to begin with.

Our Basic Maintenance Contract includes:
Checking the operation of all valves and sprinkler
heads, checking for leaks and physical defects in the system and
setting the controller for spring operation.
We will be there the next working day provided you call
the office before10:00am. After 10:00am we will be there on the second
working day.
10% Discount on all parts used for repairs.
Purging the lines with compressed air after ensuring
propershut-off of water to the system and warranty on the winterization
into the following spring.
If requested can be added to your contract, these are
typically scheduled to coincide with mid and late season operation. The
Preventative Maintenance Check includes checking the operation of all
valves and sprinkler heads, checking for leaks and physical defects in
the system and resetting watering times on the controller for current
conditions
Are not included in the contract. Parts and labour for
repairs are billed separately when the work is complete
