Spring Opening (April/May)

Checking the operation of all valves and sprinkler heads, checking for leaks and physical defects in the system and setting the controller for spring operation.

Fall Closing (October/November)

Purging the lines with compressed air after ensuring proper shut-off of water to the system and warranty on the winterization into the following spring.

Seasonal Inspections (June,July,August,September)

We perform preventative maintenance inspections throughout the irrigation season for many of our clients.

Preventative maintenance inspections ensure:

• Controller is programmed to suit the current weather conditions to help prevent over and underwatering your landscape
• Identify issues arising from plant growth or changes in landscaping
• Help prevent, reduce and eliminate potential damage due to leaks and broken heads
• Are at a reduced rate when added to your prepaid contract

Repairs are not included in the contract price and are invoiced separately when the work is complete.
